innovadoras en el ejercicio y desarrollo de la arquitectura. \u00c9stas prev\u00e9n la plantaci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n en las azoteas de los edificios y las casas: resultan ser una soluci\u00f3n vital, debido a que presentan propiedades de aislamiento muy buenas para las funciones de protecci\u00f3n, impermeabilizaci\u00f3n, aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n para la calidad de vida de las personas encontrar espacios donde predomina la arquitectura con enfoque paisaj\u00edstico, resulta atractivo saber que este sistema innovador cumple con impacto ambiental adecuado y tambi\u00e9n satisface nuestras necesidades en cuanto a est\u00e9tica de&nbsp;&nbsp; convivir en espacios armoniosos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2150 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/verdeceres.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/urban-in-motion.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" https:\/\/verdeceres.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/urban-in-motion-600x228.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 315px) 100vw, 315px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En ciudades muy densas y con altos niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n como bogot\u00e1, es necesario hacer algo para mejorar y optimizar la calidad del aire que respiramos. la contaminaci\u00f3n por parte del gran parque automotor que existe en la ciudad es el principal problema, y atenta directamente contra la salud de quienes la habitamos.<\/p>\n<p>El planteamiento&nbsp; radica principalmente en mitigar el co2 de todas las part\u00edculas contaminantes,&nbsp; y como en estudios se ha arrojado que el principal problema que atraviesa el mundo es la generaci\u00f3n de contaminaci\u00f3n por automotores y por la falta de adecuaci\u00f3n de residuos contaminantes.<\/p>\n<p>Generalmente otro aspecto importante para evaluar es la falta de conciencia y cultura de las personas, el reto incide en cambiar el chip a la sociedad de que dejar de comprar lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y econ\u00f3mico que se encuentra en el mercado, el reto sin duda va encaminado a crear cultura verde en cada una nuestras acciones.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo indagado, se encontr\u00f3 que un metro cuadrado de cobertura vegetal puede generar el ox\u00edgeno necesario para una persona un a\u00f1o entero y es capaz de fijar 375 gramos de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Las cubiertas ecol\u00f3gicas sin lugar a dudas poseen muchas ventajas, como eje fundamental como lo mencion\u00e9 anteriormente, encontramos que nos ayuda a filtrar las part\u00edculas de polvo y contaminaci\u00f3n, convirtiendo el co2 en o2, mejorando la calidad del aire que respiramos d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n podemos observar otras de sus ventajas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ahorro en gastos por mantenimientos de fachadas e impermeabilizaciones de cubiertas.<\/li>\n<li>valorizaci\u00f3n de sus espacios en un 10% al promover la sostenibilidad.<\/li>\n<li>reducci\u00f3n de gastos en servicios p\u00fablicos por concepto de aire acondicionado o calefacci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>son excelentes aislantes t\u00e9rmicos y ac\u00fasticos.<\/li>\n<li>mantiene las temperaturas internas de los espacios con equilibrio (en invierno conserva calor y en verano refresca los lugares)<\/li>\n<li>reducci\u00f3n de gastos en servicios p\u00fablicos por concepto de aire acondicionado o calefacci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>las plantas promueven la estabilidad mental en sus observadores.<\/li>\n<li>son entornos para el esparcimiento y el ocio, las superficies verdes pueden ser utilizadas para terapias f\u00edsicas o mentales.<\/li>\n<li>las superficies verdes reponen el \u00e1rea deforestada por el ser humano.<\/li>\n<li>son un h\u00e1bitat excelente para especies animales que han emigrado de las ciudades como lo son p\u00e1jaros e insectos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si bien, las actividades principales de las organizaciones deben por responsabilidad y por norma plantear medidas de impacto ambiental positivo, pero hoy en d\u00eda, una fracci\u00f3n de poblaci\u00f3n empieza a utilizar las bicicletas como medio de transporte y es aqu\u00ed donde el gobierno junto con las empresas deben respaldar la medida de complementar con proyectos ecol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>A niveles cr\u00edticos la falta de implementaci\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n en pr\u00e1cticas de sostenibilidad ambientales est\u00e1 impactando negativamente en vol\u00famenes significativos todo tipo de residuos y emisi\u00f3n de co2&nbsp;&nbsp;
